Do you offer a home visit prior to booking a session?

Yes, please contact us to arrange an informal meet and greet, free of charge.

How do you transport the dogs?

If you have booked a pack walk or adventure session, we will take your dog to a walk close by in either our 2017 VW Polo or 2017 Mini Countryman. We have seat covers and doggy seatbelts. There is room in the Polo's unshelved boot for two small or medium sized dogs and the back seats can carry two large, two medium or two small dogs. We don't use the middle seat for our child, so we wouldn't for your dogs. The Mini Countryman is of course bigger and we favour this vehicle over the Polo - it just depends whether our little one year old needs to be somewhere with the buggy.

Do you offer discount for multiple dogs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Each session (offered in three lengths of time) has an option to select up to four dogs. These are each heavily discounted. Information as to the price can be found in our services section, or product page.

Are you insured and do you have any relevant qualifications?

Accepted Answer

We are fully insured by Protectivity Insurance, policy number: 444900053976. We are also Canine First Aid CPD Certified and our Skills for Care have been endorsed.
