We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning, or prior notification. You should make note of our Terms & Conditions prior to making any purchases on our site.

As part of the order process, it is necessary to collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details.

Intellectual Property
The content of our website, social media, promotional materials and emails including all text, trademarks, logos and any other designs are protected by copyright laws in the UK. The Natural Wax Club does not allow any unauthorised attempt to copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any content from our websites or social media channels.
Orders and Payments
Once you have placed an order, we will hand make, package and post your item to the address specified during the time of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment.
It takes 1-2 days to create and process your order, prior to dispatch. 4-5 days during busier periods. You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched in accordance with the shipping/postage option you selected.
Delivery
We use several postal service providers, including the Royal Mail and Hermes. Your chosen delivery (standard or express) will be stated on the confirmation email that you receive from us.
If you have not received a dispatch notification (via email) within 10 working days from the point of order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged Goods
We check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met prior to dispatch. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, please contact us within 48 hours via our email address: hello@thenaturalwaxclub.co.uk.
Please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details at the time of contact, as well as any supporting evidence. We will discuss the options with you at the time of contact.
Should your item(s) be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from the courier.
Returns and Refunds
Your customer experience is very important to us and we strive to make your online experience as fun and enjoyable as possible. Because of this, our returns policy provides you with 14 days within which to change your mind. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days from the day you receive the order. To return an item, please email us at hello@thenaturalwaxclub.co.uk to discuss your return. You may then receive a RMA number (return merchandise authorisation number. Once you have this, please place your items securely in it's original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We therefore recommend you use a tracked service.
Any refunds will be subject to the product/s being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way, we are not obliged to provide you with a refund. If agreed, please allow five working days from the receipt of your return to process it. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank or credit card statement. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
